Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

Specifics

Refunds, returns and exchanges are acceptable within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund, return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges & Returns

If you need to exchange or return an item, email us at: crew@adkationlife.com for shipping instructions. We will only replace items if they are defective or damaged when received.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs on returned and exchanged items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are returning a more expensive item, consider using trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will naturally receive your returned items.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item. At that time we will also notify you of refund approval or rejection.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 24 hours.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received your refund after a reasonable amount of time, contact your bank and credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Changes to This Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

We may update this policy from time to time, including to reflect changes to our practices or, for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. We will post the revised Refund, Return & Exchange Policy on the Site, and update the “Last updated” date.
